She was absolutely right.

A few days later, the oil light came on in my car, and I pulled over and called him.  Even though he was in the middle of a turnaround at the plant, he very patiently gave me thorough instructions on what to do and waited while I did what he said.  When the issue was fully and happily resolved, I texted him and said, "You're only one call away!"

He was happy.
