Variations on a Theme of Mozzarella

The Keepers girls visited Old Town Spring in December for the Mother-Daughter Tea

This afternoon Emma and the other senior girls in her Keepers club are going to make mozzarella cheese using the recipe that my friend Susan taught Emma. (Susan is the club leader. ) I am excited because each girl will bring her own gallon of milk, so we will get to see all the variations that the different brands produce.
